It exhibits superior foaming and offers pleasant feel to the skin. PEL-ALC™ IC-20-70 finds application in formulating acne-fighting medications, styling gels, shampoos, facial cleansing products, mascara, anti-aging creams, liquid soaps, artificial tanning products and eye creams. Meets SARA 313, Canadian DSL, IECSC, WHMIS, KECI, NZIoC and FDA. It has a shelf-life of 24 months.
