Cerasol

Ceramide 3. Cerasol by DSM is a 3% solution of ceramide 3A (N-linoleoyl-phytosphingosine) in hexyldecanol. It penetrates and regenerates the epidermal skin barrier. It can be processed either warm < 80°C or cold, and is incorporated in the oily phase of a cosmetic formulation. Cerasol has recommended dosage level is 1-3%.
