Polyquaternium-67 (and) Hyaluronic Acid. MoistStar™ HA+ Moisturizing Technology by Dow acts as a moisturizing agent. It offers long-lasting skin moisturization and easier processing. It is cold-processable & free of parabens and isothiazolinone. The optiphen is used as a preservative, which is a combination of phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol. It provides double moisturizing performance of hyaluronic acid. It is compatible with cationic, anionic and nonionic systems. MoistStar™ HA+ Moisturizing Technology is used in facial moisturizing creams and gels, moisturizing hand/body creams, anti-aging serums and skin treatment complexes.
