DOWSIL™ MQ-1640 FLAKE RESIN

Trimethylsiloxy Silicate (and) Polypropyl Silsesquioxane. DOWSIL™ MQ-1640 FLAKE RESIN by Dow is a film former and pigment dispersion aid. It forms a permeable film and is solventless. It is easy-to-use in flake forms and is compatible with silicone and organic carriers. The combination of resin technology has been specially developed to provide both excellent transfer and wash-off resistance combined with a flexible film and comfortable wear. It provides shine, color intensity/uniformity, color durability, sebum resistance, long-lasting effects, non-tacky, slippery feel when dried, rub off resistance, SPF enhancement and improves color intensity in color cosmetics. DOWSIL™ MQ-1640 FLAKE RESIN is highly recommended for color cosmetics, skincare, sun care and hair care formulations. It has a shelf life of 720 days.
