Silicone Quaternium-16/Glycidoxy Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Undeceth-11 (and) Undeceth-5. DOWSIL™ CE-7080 Smart Style by Dow is a water-based, non-ionic silicone amino elastomer emulsion having unique cross linked structure and amino functionality that provides conditioning and styling benefits like curl definition, memory, bounce, and flexible hold with excellent aesthetics for hair that is smoother, less frizzy and easier to comb through. It also promotes hair repair, wet & dry combing and color protection. DOWSIL™ CE-7080 Smart Style is compatible with anionic thickeners and anionic surfactants. It is used to formulate leave-in conditioners, mousses, combing creams, curl creams, styling gels, creams and sprays. The shelf life of the product is 18 months.
