DOWSIL™ 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend

Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer and Dimethiconol. DOWSIL™ 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend acts as a thickening agent for water-in-oil and water-in-silicone formulations. It is a cross-linked silicone elastomer gel. It provides dry smoothness and light, silky & non-greasy skin feel. It improves fragrance retention, reduces tackiness and shows quick sebum absorption. It increases suspension of antiperspirant salts and reduces volatile silicone fluid synergies. DOWSIL™ 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend finds application in formulating sunscreens, color cosmetics, antiperspirants/deodorants, styling aids and skin care products. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
