DOWSIL™ 9506 Powder

Cross-linked Dimethyl Polysiloxane elastomer powder. DOWSIL™ 9506 Powder is used in skincare, suncare, hair care and color cosmetic applications. Acts as a thickening agent for water-in-oil and water-in-silicone formulations and cyclomethicones. Posesses features including capability of absorbing polar and non-polar oils and detackification. Offers characteristics such as good oil and sebum absorption, dry smoothness and a powdery-light non-greasy skin feel and quick absorption. Provides novel delivery for other formulation components and absorbs volatile silicones. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
