DOWSIL™ 9046 Silicone Elastomer Blend

Cyclopentasiloxane, Petrolatum and Dimethicone Crosspolymer. DOWSIL™ 9046 Silicone Elastomer Blend acts as a moisturizing and thickening agent for w/o formulations, cyclomethicones and other silicone fluids. It is an intimate mixture of USP graded petrolatum, cyclomethicone and silicone elastomer. It is non-occlusive, cold processable, easy to formulate and not tested on animals. It provides non-greasy and smooth skin feel. DOWSIL™ 9046 Silicone Elastomer Blend finds application in formulating antiperspirants, deodorants, color cosmetics, sun-care and skin-care products. Complies with KECI, REACH, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS/ISHL, PICCS, DSL and TCSI.
