It is concentrated emulsion of dimethicone crosspolymer in cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone that is designed to facilitate the development of skin care formulations. Its application includes body lotions, sun care, body washes, wipes, and color cosmetics. DOWSIL™ 7-3118 EBAP HIP Emulsion provides low shear blending, emolliency and rapid prototyping. It is pre-emulsified. The skin care applications include lotions and creams, gels and spray moisturizers. It complies with NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
