It provides sensory enhancement and texturing benefits and can modify rheology. It can enhance spreadability and reduce greasiness. It can reduce tackiness. It offers stable water-in-silicone & oil emulsions. DOWSIL™ 5225C Formulation Aid finds application in formulating color cosmetic, antiperspirants & deodorants and skin-, sun- & hair care products. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
