Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethiconol. DOWSIL™ 1501 Fluid by Dow acts as a silicone gum, diluted in D5. It is non-polar in nature and has high molecular weight. It is substantive and offers lubrication, soft-, smooth- & dry feel, slow drying, water repellency and gloss. DOWSIL™ 1501 Fluid finds application in formulating antiperspirants/deodorants (gels, pumps & aerosols), skin care (creams, lotions, gels & anhydrous systems) and hair care (oils & creams) products. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
