PEG-150/Decyl Alcohol/SMDI Copolymer. ACULYN™ 44 Rheology Modifier by Dow is a low pH rheology modifier. It is a non-ionic thickener based upon hydrophobically-modified ethoxylated urethane (HEUR) chemistry.

It offers benefits including texture enhancement, clear systems, wash-off resistance, non-greasy, non-sticky feel and softness.
It is used in cationic silicone emulsions, creams (non-medicated and make-up), mascara, hair products (permanent waves, hair rinse/conditioners, shampoos, 2 or 3 in one shampoos/ conditioners).
ACULYN™ 44 Rheology Modifier is also used in sun care, sun screens, lotions, deodorants, astringents and peroxide-containing hair bleaches/dyes and skin formulations.
