CosmoSurf® DDG-28 by Deveraux Specialties is a naturally derived, preservative-free, biodegradable dispersant, SPF booster, wetting agent and film former designed specifically for pigmented formulations. It offers exceptional dispersing properties, SPF enhancement and a primary film-forming ability with enhanced skin sensory benefits.
