Jojoba Esters. Jojoba Esters-70 by Vantage is an emollient, film former, bodying- and conditioning agent. It is an oil-free wax ester derived from jojoba oil or hydrogenated jojoba oil via inter-esterification. It is natural, eco-friendly, earth-friendly, non-oily, non-tacky and multi-functional in nature. It delivers hydration, substantivity, high stability, superior oxidative stability, creamy texture, elegant skin feel and non-greasy emolliency. Moreover, it is readily absorbed into the skin and offers improved structural integrity & glide in stick formulations. In color cosmetics, it provides higher pigment loading for enhanced color intensity and forms flexible films in mascaras. It is suitable for oil-free formulations and does not have any effect on foaming in surfactant systems. Jojoba Esters-70 finds application in formulating emulsions, sticks, anhydrous formulas and mascaras. It is used in color cosmetics and skin-, lip-, hair- and sun care products. It is ECOCERT and COSMOS approved.
