Ceteareth-20. Noigen CS 1000 by Dai-ichi is a versatile, non-ionic surfactant and emulsifier. It acts as an excellent dispersing agent for solids. It is based on alkyl polyethanoxy ether. It gives very stable solution on dilution with water. It offers thick solid consistency in emulsions. It is extremely stable to high concentrations of electrolytes, acids and alkalis. Noigen CS 1000 is recommended for skin care and cosmetic creams.
