Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate. Cithrol™ PG23IS by Croda is a liquid w/o co-emulsifier. It is based on a branched vegetable fatty acid for a light skin feel.

It acts as dispersing agent, glossing agent and pigment wetting agent.
Provides shine and vibrancy.
Used in bath & shower products, baby care, body care, facial care, sun care, conditioners, eye products, facial make-up and lip products.
Cithrol™ PG23IS is also suitable for creams, lotions, lip care, sun protection, skin protection, male grooming and color cosmetics.
