Clariant
Cocoyl Methyl Glucamide. GlucoTain® Care by Clariant is a mild, non-ionic surfactant with conditioning properties. It is a salt-, EO- and PEG-free, sugar-based product offering sensory benefits.
  • It offers light-, fluffy-, rich- & creamy foam, good skin tolerability, easy rinse off and caring & moisturized hair feel.
  • In shampoos, it reduces combing force in wet & dry state, generates soft & conditioned hair and can help to reduce or eliminate conditioner polymers and silicones.
  • It provides solubilizing properties for perfumes, essential oils & preservatives.
  • GlucoTain® Care is recommended for caring liquid hand soaps and pampering facial cleansers.
  • It is also suitable for dry, damaged, and sensitive hair & skin.
  • It is used in repair-, refreshing-, vitalizing- and baby shampoos, 2-in-1 shower and hair products.
  • It shows synergism with cationic polymers and is miscible with all types of surfactants (anionic, non-ionic, cationic & amphoteric).
  • It is Vegan, Ecocert & COSMOS approved and Ecotain & Halal certified.
  • It has a shelf life of 2 years.
