Quaternium-80. CHT-BeauSil™ QUAT 255 by CHT Group is a MIT-free, cationic-modified silicone polymer that acts as a conditioning agent.

It exhibits a high affinity and acts as an ideal booster for other ingredients like PQ- 7 & 10, Amodimethicones or the sugar-modified silicones such as CHT-BeauSil™ AMO 918 EM.
It improves combing behavior, imparts an anti-static effect and offers smoothness, gloss & repairing properties.
It doesn't possess ultralow cyclic content.
It is used in personal care formulations such as 2-in-1 shower gels and hair care applications like shampoos, conditioners, and leave-on treatments.
The shelf life of CHT-BeauSil™ QUAT 255 is 6 months.
