Isododecane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Ceteth-10 (and) Laureth-4. CHT-BeauSil™ GEL 8142 EM by CHT Group is a non-ionic, water dispersable silicone- elastomer & emulsion of a crosspolymer gel. It acts as a mattifying agent.
