Actigum™ CS 11 QD

Sclerotium Gum. Actigum™ CS 11 QD by Cargill is a non-ionic, readily biodegradable, highly efficient thickener, texturizer and suspending agent with sprayable properties. It also acts as a sensory enhancer- and emulsion stabilization aid. It offers very pleasant, shiny, smooth, slightly fresh and light body feeling.

• It is a cold/hot processable, cold soluble, performant biopolymer obtained through a process of aerobic fermentation of sugars with strains of non-GMO Sclerotium rolfsii.
• It shows compatibility with electrolytes, surfactants & preservatives.
• Actigum™ CS 11 QD is recommended for translucent & transparent formulas, serums, gels, lotions, BB creams, masks, body washes, toiletries, color cosmetics, skin- and hair care.
• It is used in formulations which require a broad pH stability from low pH (e.g. self-tanning, anti-aging with AHA) to high pH, and in formulations which need to suspend particles like exfoliating or decorative beads & pigments and zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, organic filters in sun care applications.
• It is IECIC listed, Vegan suitable, Ecocert, COSMOS, Halal and Kosher certified.
• It has a shelf life of 36 months.
