Urea. CosVivet NMF distributed by Brenntag Specialties (EMEA) is a cosmetic humectant. Urea is a part of the components of NMF (natural moisturizing factor) in human skin and is essential to keep the skin adequately hydrated.

It has a keratolytic function, which can help reduce the dead skin buildup and exfoliate dry, flaky and scaly skin, making it softer and smoother.
It is used for skin moisturization but at higher concentrations, it reduces itching, break down keratin and decrease the thickness of the outermost skin layers.
It is recommended for creams, gels, lotions and shampoos.
CosVivet NMF has a shelf life of 36 months.
