Silicone Quaternium-17 (and) Trideceth-7 (and) Trideceth-5. BRB 5446 by BRB International BV is a clear, non-ionic microemulsion of a quaternary ammonium functional silicone. Acts as a conditioning agent and offers superior wet and dry detangling, soft and silky feel. Provides shine, heat and color protection to hair. BRB 5446 is used in shampoos, rinse-off and leave-in conditioner. Also used in hair styling and treatment products.
