Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone. BRB 423 by BRB international BV acts as a non-ionic silicone emulsifier. It is an alkyl silicone polyether and is designed to produce water-in-oil emulsions. It combines both alkyl and polyether groups on a silicone backbone. Provides pigment spreading, light, soft, smooth and silky feel. It reduces heavy and sticky sensory feel. It has great ability to emulsify esters, mineral and vegetable oils, waxes, butters and UV filters. Suitable for cold process, liquid & powder make-up, lipsticks, wet wipes and antiperspirants. BRB 423 is used for deodorants, body-, face- and sun care products.
