Cosmethicone® R-6002

Mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in cyclomethicone. Acts as a thickening agent for w/o and w/silicone oil formulations, cyclomethicones and other silicone fluids. Provides dry smoothness as well as non-greasy- and light silky skin feel. Enhances the aesthetics of cyclomethicones and reduces the tackiness of formulations. Offers quick absorption, cold processing and slight sebum absorption. Used in skin care, hair care, and other potential formulations, such as sun care, color cosmetics, and styling aid, etc.
