Ethyl hexyl glycerin. iBACT EHG by BIOALKEMIA is a multi-functional, paraben-free, cosmetic ingredient. It acts as an effective replacement to traditional preservatives and also as a preservative enhancer. It is made of ethyl hexyl glycerin, a glyceryl ether, that can be used as a weak preservative and skin conditioning agent with a deodorant action. Provides a soft and smooth skin feel. iBACT EHG is applicable in personal care and cosmetic formulations in bath, body and hand, hair care and suntan products, cleansing, deodorants, eye makeup and foundations. Recommended shelf life is 24 months.
