Glycolic acid. GlyAcid® 57 HP acts as an exfoliant and buffering agent. Glycolic acid is the smallest a-hydroxy acid (AHA). GlyAcid® 57 is a formaldehyde free pure glycolic acid, which helps in improving skin's appearance and texture. It reacts with the upper layer of the epidermis, exfoliate the dead cells and thus exposes live cells of skin. Used in various skin care products for eg : facial cleansers, serums, moisturizers, anti-aging creams, peel-off products etc.
