Propylene Glycol Dicapryl-Caprate. BergaBest PGDE acts as an emollient and viscosity modifier. It is derived from propylene glycol, and is a diester of proplyene glycol and fatty acids. BergaBest PGDE provides moisture and also has strong polarity with medium spreadibility. It possesses skin conditioning properties and changes the consistency of the end product according to its purpose. Applications include skin care and sun care products, moisturizers, cleansing and fragrance products, hair care products, aerosols and sprays as well as decorative cosmetics.
