Potassium Silicate (and) Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside (and) Glycerin. PLANTASIL® RELAXCARE by BASF is a hair conditioning specialist. It is a mixture of potassium silicate, C8-10 fatty alcohol glucoside and glycerin. It is a care additive for lye relaxer formulations from which it will penetrate the treated hair providing strengthening effect. PLANTASIL® RELAXCARE finds application in formulating conditioners.
