Moistureguard™ w

Moistureguard™ w by BASF is a moisturizing agent. It is a substantive, cationic liposome encapsulating a moisture protection (petrolatum, and silicone) with a positive charge. It targets damaged zones, where it delivers a moisturizing shield. After it is applied to the skin, it can remain on the surface of the skin to form an effective, moisture-loss barrier. It intensely repairs dehydrated skin and helps retain hydration for up to 8 hours after application (in vivo data). Moistureguard™ w is used in facial skin care products.
