Polyquaternium-44. LUVIQUAT® UltraCare by BASF is a conditioning and anti-static agent. It offers protective, tackiness reducing and volume increasing properties. This ingredient provides characteristics such as silky feel, hold, rich & creamy foam, smoothness, curl retention and substantivity. LUVIQUAT® UltraCare is used in hair styling products such as mousse & lotion, conditioning rinse, hair treatment, shampoo, shower products, body lotion and shaving preparations.
