Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides. Acts as an interference pigment. This off-white powder with a pale orange reflection is comprised of thin, precisely controlled films of titanium dioxide on mica to separate white light into its component parts and produce dual colors, one by reflection (orange) and one by transmission (blue-green). It provides subtle luster for matte-type and low luster formulations. It has small particle size, provides excellent coverage and a fine satin appearance. It creates complex color interplay when used with other colorants. Used in color cosmetics and personal care products.
