Cetearyl alcohol, Lauryl alcohol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, Lauryl alcohol, Laureth-3 phosphate. Acts as filmogenic emulsion. It exhibits simple emulsification process with minimal agitation, heating and cooling. It promotes the formation of liquid crystals, systems with a wide variety of benefits, such as prolonged hydration, controlled release of actives, effective control of trans-epidermal water loss
and a light, pleasant skin feel. It reduces skin aggression. This emulsions blends smoothly with the dyeing process and easily form a homogeneous product, ready for application. Used in hair dyes and oxidizing preparations.
