Water (and) Glycerin (and) PEG-100/IPDI Copolymer. Acts as a film forming agent. It is a controlled molecular weight copolymer of PEG-100 and IPDI dispersed in a moisturizing, lubricious base. AXIOM MBP-UP/100 provides exceptional slip when wet and forms a tight, durable, flexible film when dry. Its solubility and film forming properties provide beneficial results in color, sun care and treatment applications.
