Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose. PrimaFlo™ HP22 polymer solution by Ashland Specialty Chemical acts as a film former and rheology modifier. It is an aqueous solution of hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC). It is fully compatible with hydro-alcoholic systems. Forms soft, flexible films with high strength for low and no VOC hair fixatives. Provides film properties to supplement fragrance longevity. PrimaFlo™ HP22 polymer solution is used in skin care and hair care applications.
