C12-13 Alkyl Lactate. Dermol 23L by Alzo International is a high purity emollient. It is a lactic acid ester, derived from the vegetable source. It provides light feel, luster hair, superior softness & silkiness to hair and skin. It reduces tackiness and drag of polymers. Dermol 23L is recommended for colognes and after-shaves. It is IECIC listed.
