BALANCE® Ultra

Aqua (and) Glycerin (and) Inulin (and) Lecithin (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Xanthan Gum. BALANCE® Ultra by Nouryon is a hair fixative for aerosol hair spray. It is an acrylate emulsion resin designed for low VOC aerosol systems. The polymer has been developed to provide hard holding performance and clear films. It has excellent spray characteristics, and long term formulation. BALANCE® Ultra is useful for styling aids such as fixative mousses, styling creams and setting lotions.
