Dicocodimonium Chloride (70-80 wt%) (and) Isopropyl Alcohol (15-20 wt%). ARQUAD® PC 2C-75 by Nouryon acts as a conditioning agent.

It is a vegetable derived product for use in both non-ionic and anionic hair systems.
It is a di-alkyl quaternary based upon coconut fatty acid that provides moderate conditioning, detangling and dry & wet combing.
It is compatible in anionic and amphoteric surfactant systems and warm water dispersible.
It should be utilized in the following areas: leave-in and rinse-off conditioners, conditioning mousses, combing creams, along with shampoos and similar surfactant systems.
ARQUAD® PC 2C-75 gets biodegraded as quaternary ammonium compounds, dicoco alkyldimethyl, chlorides: 70% @ 214 day(s) CBT and amines, dicoco alkylmethyl: 82% @ 28 day(s) CBT.
