This optimized combination with broad spectrum activity and superior water solubility provides highly effective protection against both bacteria and fungi to a wide range of personal care products. It is highly effective against Gram- and Gram+ bacteria, yeasts and molds in the pH range of 3 to 6. Kemaben DHA can be used in both water-based formulations and cosmetics with high oil content.
