Ajidew® NL-50

Sodium L-Pyrrolidonecarboxylate (50%) (and) Aqua (50%). Ajidew® NL-50 by Ajinomoto acts as a humectant, thickener, antistatic and moisturizing agent. It is derived from L-glutamic acid. It helps keep skin and hair fresh-looking. It improves finger gliding during rinsing, and moisture feeling and control of hair after dried. It keeps the flexibility of skin even under low humidity and prevents hair from drying during permanent-wave treatment. It reduces wet hair friction, hair fly, sticky-feeling and skin tightness caused by a soap-base cleansing. It also improves wet and dry combability, increases skin capacitance and provides velvety skin-feel and odor suppression. Exhibits good antistatic, softening effect, smoothness and moisture retention. Ajidew® NL-50 is used in creams, lotions, shower gels, permanent wave lotions, shampoos, conditioners. It is recommended for hair tonics, creams, colors & styling products, body shampoos, sun care, foundations, lipsticks and other skin care products.
