Glycerin (and) Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (and) Aqua (and) Hydrogenated Lecithin. Aquatouch H by ACT has both hydrophilic and lipophilic property which functions as an emulsifier to mix the cosmetic ingredients well. It can better the skin feel of the formulation and enhances the appearance of dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring elasticity. Hydrogenated Lecithin helps the skin to have healthy skin cells and enhances the skin's ability to retain moisture. Aquatouch H can be used for toner products with good transparency and creams.
