Propylene Glycol Dicaprate. Captex® 100 by Abitec Corporation is a natural emollient, lubricant and skin feel modifier. It is prepared from vegetable oil sources and is a mineral oil replacement. It offers smooth, powdery after-feel with shine. It provides rub-in and after-feel that are aesthetically appealing and elegant, without tack and greasiness. Captex® 100 finds application in formulating skin care creams, lotions and other cosmetic products. It is approved by Kosher.
