Akosoft 36™

Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides. Akosoft 36™ by AAK acts as an emollient and texturizing agent. It is obtained by transesterification and deodorization of vegetable oils. It conforms to EP (Hard Fat) and is a semisolid fat for use in carrier systems for gelatin capsules, and for topical preparations as base in ointments and creams.

• It is an oxidative stable moisturizing oleogel which provides smooth, soft, medium-spreading, light, non-oily and luxurious skin feel.
• It is a vegan, biodegradable and eco-friendly grade.
• It can be used as an alternative to light petrolatum gels and is suitable for fragrance-free formulations.
• It is also suitable as a base for fragrance-free and colorless formulations due to neutral color and odor.
