4-Penten-1-one, 1-(5,5-dimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-. Acts as a fragrance ingredient. It has green, fruity and floral notes. An extremely powerful and diffusive material that has an odor reminiscent of galbanum, with a green pineapple and hyacinth character. It is used in all types of perfumes to give unique green, floral and fruity effects. Contains 0.05% of BHT as stabilizer. It shows tenacity for 3 days on a smelling strip. It is used in fine fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.
