Cyclopentanone, 2-pentyl-. Acts as a fragrance ingredient. It has a powerful, diffusive and complex note that is predominantly floral jasmine with celery seed and lactonic undertones. It can be used in small amounts to give body and diffusivity to a wide range of creations but it is mainly used as a white floral booster. Its lactonic aspect gives interesting effects in fruity notes such as peach, mango and other succulent fruits. Contains no stabilizer. It shows tenacity for 1 day on a smelling strip. It is used in fine fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.
