DALLAS, Texas -- Fusion Packaging announced a new packaging project with Shade Sunscreen, a California-based suncare brand born from Nouvelle Labs' Griff Snyder and professional surf legend, Strider Wasilewski. Developed with the purpose of providing superior protection while "being mindful of our sensitive environment, our reefs, and our bodies," Shade opted for Fusion's 50 ml Eclipse airless bottle for SPF 30+ Opaque and SPF 30+ Tinted sunscreens.
To decorate the Shade packages, Fusion first injected the bottles and overcaps with a custom gray, followed by a matte spray layer. The brand differentiated the Opaque and Tinted formulas by opting for silver and gold UV metallized collars and hot-stamped brand logos, respectively. The ergonomic Eclipse actuators are injected gray, while the back of the bottle features custom silkscreened decoration. The end result is a distinct sunscreen package with a hip and appealing look.
One of Fusion Packaging's most diverse stock collections, Eclipse features a lightweight, polypropylene-based design in a wide assortment of shapes, sizes and pump output options. From the 5 ml Mini to 100 ml Jumbo, the cylindrical Eclipse bottle features an ergonomic actuator that fits easily in the hand.
