Firmenich-first-new-fragrance Firmenich inaugurates the first fine fragrance atelier in Latin America. With the new fragrance atelier, the company will now offer customers an exclusive, innovative space dedicated to perfumery culture. For the Brazilian customers contemporary rooftop atelier is new, one-of-a-kind home for creativity and inspiration in perfumery.

Innovative Space Dedicated to New Fragrance

The Fine Fragrance Atelier in Brazil marks a new page in the history of Firmenich. We now have a space dedicated to perfumery in the heart of Vila Madalena in São Paulo, a modern and inspiring environment to exchange experiences, encourage innovative partnerships and define the future of fragrances together with our customers,” explained Jerry Vittoria, President Fine Fragrance Worldwide.

We first established an office in Brazil almost 70 years ago, and now we are proud to offer our Brazilian customers a new, one-of-a-kind home for perfumery culture. Our Fine Fragrance Atelier will allow us to better collaborate and co-create together,” said Armand de Villoutreys, President, Perfumery and Ingredients.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by renowned international perfumers, Armand de Villoutreys, President, Perfumery and Ingredients, and Jerry Vittoria, President, Fine Fragrance Worldwide, Master Perfumer Olivier Cresp and Principal Perfumer Frank Voelkl. And, as well as by the local perfumery stars Principal Perfumer Adilson Rato and Senior Perfumer Carmita Magalhães; and strategic Fine Fragrance customers and key influencers from Brazil.

When I’m in Brazil, I’m deeply inspired by both its people and nature. Brazil is not just a huge fine fragrance market, but a huge source of inspiration. Brazil has a unique identity and olfactive signature. It is the country of emotion, diversity, colors, sustainability and the land of positive luxury,” added Olivier Cresp, Master Perfumer.

It is exciting for me to work in such an inspiring environment in the heart of Brazilian creativity. It will create a new and disruptive dynamic for our long-term partnership with our beloved Brazilian Fine Fragrance customers,” stated Frank Voelkl, Principal Perfumer.

The event was a complete sensorial experience due to ‘Carte Blanche Brasilis’ exhibition. Marc Jourdan-Gassin, Vice President Fine Fragrance, Brazil, explained, “Carte Blanche Brasilis gave a blank canvas to perfumers to express their emotion, vision and intuition about the Brazilian soul within the universe of perfume."
