The organizers of in-cosmetics Global announced that The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) New Incubation Ventures (NIV) group will award the winners of its BRKTHRU VOICES prize for ground-breaking innovation at the in-cosmetics Global event in Paris from 16-18 April 2024.
Winner will Receive $10,000 Grant
The prize, which spotlights some of the most exciting companies driving the beauty industry forward, will focus on four key pillars:

Clinical Breakthroughs (backing academic institutions and R&D Labs)

Product Innovation (championing new textures, formats, and delivery systems)

Ingredient Innovation (seeking new technologies and platforms that focus on ingredient sourcing and optimization)

Active Derm (spotlighting doctors, plastic surgeons, and pharmacists)
Five finalists will be announced in a dedicated prize ceremony at 15:30 CEST on 18 April 2024 in Formulation Lab 1 at the Porte de Versailles in Paris. The winner will receive a $10,000 grant, access to an NIV mentorship program, as well as use of the NIV Network.
