This Cream Silky Illuminator is a fully silicone based velvety balm. It is a multi-tasker formulation which hydrates & nourishes while reducing the appearance of imperfections. It contains illuminating pigments that adds light to the face for a glowing, dewy looking complexion. It features: BRB SG 116: provides excellent velvet and intense after feel. Also help to build up viscosity. BRB PTM 20: offers emolliency and shininess to skin. BRB Caprylyl Methicone: used as dispersing medium for color pigments. Imparts unique light and smooth feel. BRB TMS-50I: acts as a film former. Provides color transfer resistance and long-lasting effect. BRB DM 5: aids in spreadability and offers light emolliency to skin.
