Brilliantine Cream for Short Hair is a water in oil formula for gloss and light setting. It contains:

  • ABIL® EM 90 and TEGOSOFT® CT which offer very high polarity. 
  • TEGOSOFT® CT exhibits good hair care properties and pleasant afterfeel.
