This Powder Cream Concealer with Maximum Loading (mL) Pigments & Gelest Seribrite™ SS is a high coverage formula that applies like a cream, yet has the dry feel of a powder. Dimethicone mL pigments allow for higher pigment loading due to low oil absorption and excellent wetting proprieties. Gelest Seribrite™ SS is added as a Boron Nitride alternate due to its whiteness, slip, and creamy feel upon application.
